On Saturday, June 21, 2014, Jose's Hands partnered with Caution CrossFit and Springs CrossFit to host the third annual Jose's Hands MaxOut CrossFit competition to benefit medical missions.
Through athlete registrations and private donations, we raised $1000 towards 2014 medical missions to the Caribbean and Central America.
Competitors went through a grueling set of there workouts challenging all of their fitness abilities. (See WODS here)
All athletes received an athlete t-shirt, BBQ, and drinks.
