In the event that I am unable to attend the mission’s trip, I will reimburse the grant amount awarded to me to Jose’s Hands, Inc. I acknowledge that I am traveling at my own risk and understand that neither Jose’s Hands, Inc. nor its board of directors is liable for any personal or property loss or damage in the event that something happens to me or to my property.
