Jose's Hands sends medical school students on this trip, but the trip is open to ANYONE that wants to participate!

Dear Emmaus Friends,
We are excited to announce the dates for our upcoming June mission to Guatemala. We will send this information out again closer to the dates, but please read through this email in its entirety to find out about the airline information and upcoming packing party dates.

Wednesday, June 19th: We will be taking American Airlines flight 1603 departing from Miami International Airport (MIA) at 12:45pm and arriving in La Aurora International Airport (GUA) in Guatemala at 1:28pm.
For our return flight, we will be departing GUA on Sunday, June 23rd on American Airlines flight 983 at 2:28pm.
If you are departing anywhere other than Miami, you must arrive in Guatemala between 1:00pm and 2:00pm. As for your return flight, please plan on departing around the same time so that we can all travel to the airport together.
Our MANDATORY Packing Party schedule is as follows:
Thursday, April 18th at 7:00pm (informative meeting for new attendees)
Thursday, May 2nd at 6:30pm
Thursday, May 16th at 6:30pm
Thursday, May 30th at 6:30pm
Thursday, June 13th at 6:30pm
*Meetings are mandatory in order to attend the mission!*

*You can drop off meds in the front of the building but please park in the parking garage before the pavilion and bring your parking ticket so we can validate it at the meeting. Do not park in front of the pavilion because it is a fire hazard*

$765 registration fee made payable to Emmaus Medical Mission—please write your name at the bottom left hand corner of the check
