Mother to José Jamil Miranda, Mercedes is the chief financial officer of Jose’s Hands. She manages the monthly donation reports and coordinates with fellow accountants on all fiscal matters regarding our organization.

Mercedes is the personnel manager for the 525th Signal Company at US Southern Command Headquarters in Miami, Florida.
