Dear Potential Partner,

 

My name is Alex Miranda, founder of Jose’s Hands. Since 2010, we’ve provided scholarships to health students participating in medical missions across the Caribbean, Central, and South America.

 

The biggest partners we have in our non-profit are individual doctors and their respected medical organizations. We see eye-to-eye when it comes to making sure young health professionals have no problems experiencing public health through medical missions.

 

And for some medical professionals, we also see eye-to-eye in our passion for golf.

 

This is why we’ve created The Doctor’s Cup. It will be an annual tournament to raise awareness for Jose’s Hands and the various ways medical professionals can partner with us to make sure no health student is without the experience of a medical mission. 

 

It’s also a tournament to settle once and for all - which doctor and medical organization reigns in golf skills in South Florida. 

 

The Doctor’s Cup will pin hospital groups, medical service organizations and private practices against each other in a “winner takes the cup home” tournament. 

 

The physical cup will be presented to the winning team, and they will take it back to their hospital or business to showcase for an entire year. 

 

We hope to set a tradition with this tournament that will last for decades as we all celebrate and unite for medical missions worldwide.
